About me

I am an Assistant Professor at IF Sudeste MG. I hold a Ph.D. in Systems and Computing Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ (2023), a Master’s degree in Systems and Computing Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ (2017), and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the São José de Itaperuna University Center (2009).

I am the Head of LIPES (Laboratório de Inovação, Pesquisa e Engenharia de Software). I research Software Engineering, with a focus on Metaverse, Software Engineering Education, Immersive Learning, and Quantum Computing. Currently, I am working on the development of innovative software systems and the exploration of emerging technologies in software engineering.

Recently, I have participated as a reviewer and program committee member for national and international conferences in Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction and Immersive Learning. I have also served as a reviewer for journals in the field and have contributed to various academic and professional communities in software engineering and related areas.
